5/22/2026Digital Transformation: Hytrol is Upgrading to Epicor
Integration Partners,
Hytrol strives to increase efficiency in our processes to benefit our employees, partners, and customers. As part of our Digital Transformation, Hytrol is implementing a new ERP system and upgrading to Epicor on June 1.
Here’s what you can expect:
- We will conduct inventory on May 29. Production and shipments will be unavailable.
- On June 1, Hytrol will transition to Epicor and ramp up to normal business conditions through the new ERP. This kicks off the first major update.
- During the week of June 8, IP internal administrators will be trained on myHytrol 2.0. Training details will be emailed specifically to administrators.
- On June 15, we will launch myHytrol 2.0 to all users. Each IP's internal administrator will ensure you are signed into the new user experience.
- In Q3, Hytrol will begin to change over our HEROES and HyCAD systems to Hytrol CPQ, which integrates with Epicor. Transitioning to Hytrol CPQ will be a sequenced roll-out. Training for integrators will be scheduled within the next three months. Please continue to process Purchase Orders in our current systems until the transition is made.
These updates will enhance scheduling, improve communication, provide more self-service visibility into Order Status, and many more benefits for years to come.
