As our business continues to grow and we engage with increasingly larger End Users, both Hytrol and our Integration Partners (IPs) are encountering more End User-driven processes and terminology. One term that has consistently led to confusion is “Firm Engineering.”

Given the varied interpretations of this term among End Users, IPs, and Hytrol, we’ve developed the attached document to clearly define Hytrol’s expectations regarding Firm Engineering. This document also outlines how we can work together more effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Our goal is to align expectations across all stakeholders—enhancing efficiency, preventing scope creep, and ensuring the timely execution of projects.
