UPDATE: Hytrol Systems and Your Data

We are pleased to share that all Hytrol systems are now operational following the recent cybersecurity incident. As we complete recovery work and continue stabilizing all applications, you may experience some intermittent issues, as systems may still encounter brief disruptions as adjustments are made.

At this time, if you have not been contacted directly by our team, it means we currently have no indication or suggestion that your systems or information were compromised. Should our investigation identify anything that requires your attention, we will reach out to you promptly.

We appreciate your patience and partnership as our teams worked diligently to restore operations. Moving forward, we remain committed to maintaining system reliability and security to support your business needs.

Integration Partners,

We’re pleased to share that all of our externally facing programs and platforms are fully operational. We continue to debug isolated issues, but you should now have normal access to the systems and tools you use to work with Hytrol.

We have no reason to believe that any integration partner information has been compromised as a result of the recent cybersecurity incident. Out of an abundance of caution, we encourage you to continue to carefully review all invoices, orders, and other transactional documents over the coming weeks to ensure accuracy.

In light of last week's cybersecurity incident, we want to remind you to remain vigilant when reviewing invoices received from Hytrol. We have not found any indication that our Accounts Receivable was compromised and are sending this reminder out of an abundance of caution. Hytrol is continuing to monitor and analyze the situation.

If you come across an invoice that seems unusual or unexpected, we ask that you please contact our Accounts Receivable department directly at ar@hytrol.com before taking any action.

Your partnership is important to us, and we want to ensure all transactions are accurate and secure.

Integration Partners,

Last week, Hytrol experienced a cybersecurity incident that significantly impacted our internal systems. This event disrupted many of our internal tools and platforms, and we are continuing to assess its full impact.

Over the first 96 hours, our IT team, along with a trusted external provider, prioritized restoring our manufacturing systems. We are producing and shipping at normal volumes.

Our focus has now shifted to restoring communication systems and data flow, and we expect these to be fully operational within the next 48 hours.

At this time:

  • Quoting tools are functional
  • Online order submission remains offline
  • Orders are being entered manually

While all orders are important, we are currently prioritizing the manual entry of orders for ongoing installations or emergencies at jobsites. If you have a priority order that must be submitted within the 48 hours before we expect system restoration, please call or email directly any representative from the WeCare team, your project manager, or your Business Development account representative.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, partnership, and understanding as we navigate this challenge. We will continue to provide updates as we make progress toward full recovery.

We want to provide a brief update on the current system outage. Our team is working around the clock to restore all affected systems. While we’ve made significant progress, full functionality has not yet been restored.
