Resending Recent Hytrol Communications

Integration Partner,

Due to the network issues earlier this month, some of our automated communications, including acknowledgments, notices, and invoices, were not sent as expected between August 1 and August 19.

This issue has now been resolved, and you will begin receiving these communications as usual. To ensure you have all the necessary information, we will be resending messages generated during that timeframe. These resends will be clearly marked with “RESEND” in the subject line, so you can be confident they are not duplicate invoices or duplicate orders.

The types of communications you may see include:

  • Shipping Reports (Auto-Invoice)
  • Hytrol Invoices (Customer / Invoice Summary / Milestone Billing)
  • Hytrol Open Orders & Shipped Orders
  • Hytrol Notifications
  • Hytrol Acknowledgments (Customer, FO, NEW/CHG)
