Integration Partners,

Recent legal rulings regarding certain U.S. tariffs have created an opportunity for businesses to recover tariff costs that were previously paid on imported goods. In response, Hytrol is working with our vendors to pursue applicable tariff refunds for products and components that were subject to these charges. Where refunds are successfully recovered from vendors for tariffs that were previously passed through to our Integration Partners, Hytrol intends to pass those recovered amounts back to the affected partners.

Hytrol is currently identifying and classifying these specific charges. However, the timing and availability of refunds may vary based on the process administered through federal agencies and vendor claims. This is a dynamic process with no assurance of recovery. As we receive updates and recover applicable funds, we will communicate directly with impacted partners regarding any reimbursements.

Please note that the United States Supreme Court has ruled that section 232 tariffs are still enforceable. Additionally, this process applies only to direct tariff charges that were specifically identified and passed through on applicable products and does not apply to general price increases or cost adjustments that may have occurred during the same period due to broader economic factors, supply chain impacts, or vendor pricing changes.
