Terms of Payment Effective January 1, 2026

Please see Hytrol's updated payment terms below regarding orders exceeding $800K net. These terms are effective for new orders starting January 1.

Standard Orders
All parts and conveyor orders less than $800K

• Payment required Net 30 days from shipment.

Systems and Control Order Options
All orders exceeding $800K

1. Conveyor Systems Only - Milestones and Net 30 Day Payment Terms
   
   • PO Receipt: 15%
   • System Design Approval: 20%
   • Manufacturing Begins: 25%
   • Bill as Truckload Completed: 40%
2. Conveyor Systems and/or Controls - Milestones and Net 30 Day Payment Terms
   
   • PO Receipt: 20%
   • System Design Approval: 20%
   • Start Shipping: 25%
   • Bill as Truckload Completed: 25%
   • Bill as Controls Completed: 10%
3. Conveyor Systems Only - Milestones and Net 60 Day Payment Terms
   
   • Net 60 Terms with Milestones
   • PO Receipt: 20%
   • System Design Approval: 40%
   • Bill as Truckload Completed: 40%
4. Conveyor Systems and/or Controls: Milestones and Net 60 Day Payment Terms
   • PO Receipt: 20%
   • System Design Approval: 40%
   • Bill as Truckload Completed: 30%
   • Bill as Controls Completed: 10%

Note: All invoices are due and payable on the dates shown on the invoice and corresponding Purchase Order. Any disputed invoices must be paid in full on or before the date due. If the resolution indicates an adjustment is warranted, Hytrol will issue credit to the Integrator for the agreed upon amount. Any late payments will be subject to penalties.

As a reminder, this applies only to orders in excess of $800K net.
