24 Hour Gravity Policy

• All orders received up to 2 P.M. (CST) are scheduled the next working day (24 hours later)
• Orders received after 2 P.M. (CST) count as the next day's order and are scheduled accordingly
• If the order ships late (regardless of the size of the order), Hytrol pays the freight! (Except for delays due to acts of nature, carrier work stoppage, etc.)

3 Days Power Policy

• All orders received up to 2 P.M. (CST) are scheduled the next working day (3 days later)
• Orders received after 2 P.M. (CST) count as the next day's order and are scheduled accordingly
• If the order ships late (regardless of the size of the order), Hytrol pays the freight! (Except for delays due to acts of nature, carrier work stoppage, etc.)

Hytrol only pays the freight on 24 Hour and 3 Day orders if they are shipped late. (Except for delays due to acts of nature, carrier work stoppage, etc.)

Important Notes...

• All conveyors are COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED SECTIONS, ready to ship! When these sections are received, they are ready to be bolted together and installed.
• All 1.9" and 2.0" dia. roller gravity conveyor sections are shipped with rollers installed in frames when total weight of section is 300 lbs. or less. All sections exceeding this weight will have rollers removed and crated separately to keep weight under 300 lbs. limit.
• All 2-1/2", 2-5/8", and 3-1/2"; dia. roller gravity conveyor sections are shipped same as above except with 500 lbs. limit.
