I want to provide an important update on Hytrol’s ERP transition.

Over the past several weeks, we have been working through challenges related to our transition to Epicor. While our teams have made progress in several areas, the transition has continued to affect production volumes and related processes more than expected.

To better support our customers and honor our commitments, Hytrol has made the decision to pause the Epicor production launch while we address the issues that have impacted our operations. Beginning Monday, June 29, we will temporarily return to our previous system for production-related processes.

This decision allows our teams to restore production flow, improve near-term order fulfillment, and continue correcting the issues identified during the transition. We expect to return to normal production volumes within the week.

During this period, please continue working through your normal Hytrol contacts for applications, project support, order status, and other needs. If you have priority orders, critical deadlines, or customer commitments, please clearly identify those when reaching out so our teams can review and route them appropriately.

We understand the impact these delays have had on your business and your customers. This decision was made to stabilize operations, fulfill our commitments, and ensure we are prepared to move forward successfully.

We appreciate your patience, partnership, and continued trust as we work through this transition.
