Integration Partners,

We would like to provide a quick update on our ERP transition to Epicor that began on June 1.

Our implementation is going well. With a transition of this size, our teams are working through the normal stabilization period that follows implementation. The issues we are encountering are typical of a project of this scale and, while straightforward, require time to resolve. Our team is addressing these and we are now seeing volumes increase throughout production from Engineering through Assembly. We will communicate directly with partners if any action is needed.

To support the transition, we planned for light production volumes and scheduled accordingly to assist with the transition. We scheduled July and beyond at pre-implementation volumes and are on track per our plan.

We would also like to remind you that Hytrol has capacity to take on orders. We have made decisions to ensure consistent availability and responsiveness for our entire network.

Your patience and partnership through this process are greatly appreciated. We are excited for the advantages Epicor will bring to our partners and customers.
