Hytrol ERP Transition Update - June 17

Integration Partners,

We want to provide an update on Hytrol’s transition to our new ERP system, Epicor, and what it means for your business in the near term.

This transition represents one of the most significant system changes in our company’s history. While we planned for a short stabilization period following implementation, we had some cutover activities take longer than planned. They have been resolved but delayed downstream functions. While various functions have needed additional time and resources, we are moving orders through assembly.

Operational Information

With conveyors now being built in assembly, the information we have today indicates that conveyor orders with original scheduled ship dates between June 8 and June 16 may experience an estimated delay of approximately 7-10 business days. We are processing orders from oldest to newest by ship date. (Note: No conveyor orders were scheduled the first week of June)

Parts orders are continuing to process and are currently on schedule.

We are also experiencing delays in acknowledgments, invoicing, and responses to some order status inquiries. These impacts may vary depending on the order and process involved and these fixes are in process.

What Is Not Impacted

Hytrol’s ability to support project applications, system design assistance, and pre-order activity remains in place. Our teams can continue to accept new orders, assist with project requests, and support opportunities in progress.

We also scheduled June at a substantially reduced capacity rate. Consequently, we anticipate being current by July 1.

Hytrol remains committed to helping you move business forward while we work through these challenges.

Recovery Outlook

Based on our current recovery plan, we are still expecting to return to pre-implementation performance by July 1. We will continue to evaluate this timeline as recovery work progresses and will provide updates if timing changes.

How to Work With Us During This Period

Please continue placing orders as normal and working with your Hytrol contacts for applications, project support, and order-related needs.

When reaching out, please clearly identify priority orders, critical deadlines, or customer commitments so our teams can route and review urgent needs appropriately.

We also ask for your patience as our internal teams work in a new system environment and focus on providing the most accurate information available.

What We Are Doing

Hytrol has assigned dedicated resources to address backlog and processing delays. We are working directly with Epicor, including on-site support, to accelerate resolution. Our immediate priorities have been restoring core processes, including order processing, shipping, invoicing, and related communications.

Our Commitment

We understand these delays impact your operations and your commitments to your customers. We take that responsibility seriously and are working with urgency to stabilize operations and restore normal performance.

We will provide another update on Monday, June 22, or sooner if there is a significant change.

We appreciate your continued partnership and your patience with our internal support teams during this transition. While the system is new and visibility to certain information has changed, our focus remains on supporting you and strengthening the long-term capabilities of our network.

Sincerely,

Hytrol Conveyor Co.
