Integration Partners,

On Friday, June 26th, we paused our Epicor ERP implementation. While we saw many successes, we had several issues that were heavily impacting the flow of orders. While these issues are all solvable, the determination was made that the best solution would be to point work back toward the AS400. Our mitigation planning enabled that decision.

As stated above, the issues related to our implementation are solvable. Our efforts to solve these challenges concurrently with using the system are unsustainable for our team, would have prolonged our ability to ramp volumes at acceptable rates and, therefore, impacted the performance of our integrated network. For all of these reasons, we made the choice to pause.

This decision has already had an immediate impact. We are back in production, and our teams are moving as many orders as possible back through the AS400 to support production flow, improve visibility, and help us fulfill customer commitments.

We are currently working through a revised schedule and will communicate updated timing later this week. In the meantime, please know that Hytrol is actively producing orders, prioritizing recovery, and working with urgency to support our Integration Partners and customers.

The AS400 has been a solid tool for us, but its utility is not a viable tool for the long-term. Consequently, we have begun implementing lessons learned from the first several weeks of the transition to Epicor, and will move back when we can ensure that transition is stable and ready to support the level of performance you expect.

Please continue working through your normal Hytrol contacts for order-related needs. If you have priority orders, critical deadlines, or customer commitments, please clearly identify those when reaching out so our teams can review and route them appropriately.

We appreciate your patience and partnership as our teams continue this recovery work. Our focus remains on restoring normal production performance, fulfilling our commitments, and moving forward.
